WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

HOW DO I FIND OUT MY RING SIZE?
Simply measure your finger with a string and then put the string against a ruler/measuring tape for accurate size. You can do this method with your wrist, neck, and ankle too.
WHAT’S THE BEST WAY TO TAKE CARE OF MY JEWELRY?
• Stainless Steel is very low maintenance! To remove any fingerprints or residue, wash your jewelry with water and liquid soap or with a clean cotton cloth (or t-shirt). Gently wipe the jewelry and tap dry the chain (no pulling).

• Gold Stainless Steel: Always Kandid gold jewelry is made of real stainless steel plated with real gold. With that said, the stainless steel part is waterproof, but the plated gold part MAY eventually fade if put into water continuously. So far, we haven't had a problem with our test pieces. However, if you want your gold stainless steel to last forever with its gold shine, we do not recommend cleaning with water. Simply clean with a cotton cloth.
• BE GENTLE when you handle your jewelry. Even though stainless steel is tough, avoid pulling or tugging it hard (be careful with dogs that like to jump on you). With care and regular everyday wear, your jewelry should last you a lifetime.
What if I ordered the wrong size, what are my options?
Depending on what you ordered, we can adjust your piece to the size that fits you right.
Always remember it's easier to take off than to add on. This meaning, if you order a jewelry piece that is too big, we can always make it smaller, and it will look like the original piece. However, if you order a jewelry piece that is too small, the only way we can make it bigger is to add an adjustable chain on your original jewelry piece (only if the piece allows us to). We can not make a new replacement for you unless you purchase a new one. So please, order wisely.
